Ø  Secure your motorcycle performance

Before hand, you must make sure that your vehicle is in its optimum. Check the tires, chains and especially the breaks. You must be 100 percent certain that your buddy will not fail you because your life depends on your motorcycle.

Ø  Pack as lightly as you can

Do not bring bulky and heavy stuffs. Your bicycle can only hold so much so decide wisely. Avoid bringing unnecessary things because they will be nothing but added load. Another thing to consider is that the weight of your will add on to what your vehicle will carry along the way. Driving with heavy stuffs will affect the performance of your bike.

Always make head and body protected. Your gears and helmet will do so much if ever something bad happens. Just in case, and hopefully not, you are protected. These materials can also shield you from the weather so have them always worn.

If you are driving on the road, keep your fuel up. Always check its level and try to keep it full. You would not want running out of it in a place without gasoline station.

Have a road map always on hand. Nothing beats the good old fashioned way when your GPS gadgets lose their batteries or the clouds covers your location from the satellites. Handy maps will surely save the day when you are on the roughly getting lost.
