Staying Fresh on a Travel


Stained and rumpled clothes? Pore-clogged face? Jet lag? And a mouth still tastes like airplane foods? You may be thinking of going straight to the shower and get refreshed after a long trip.
Face, mouth, hands, body, clothes and mind are the holy sextet of travel freshness. Staying fresh and clean on a travel can lift your spirits up, maintain health and the confidence that other travellers and locals are not scared off by your condition.

Hands

Hand sanitization is very important for every traveller. It is one of the most important thing to keep yourself protected from other disease. Travellers don’t always have access to washrooms to wash their hands. Alcohol and liquid sanitizers are their companions.

Face

Face is valuable. It can do a lot to offset foul breath and dirty hands. Make sure to bring sunblock on a hot weather and moisturizer on a cold weather to protect your skin.
There are also facial products that do not require any water so you can stay fresh wherever you may be.

Mouth

The greatest enemy of all is bad breath. Just think of your passengers when you talk or yawn. Avoid garlic and other spicy foods that may cause you bad breath. Make sure to bring mints or gums with you. You may also try disposable mini toothbrushes for easy mouth freshening or a mouthwash to keep your breath fresh always.

Clothes

We feel good when wear the right clothes. And if it is clean and wrinkle free we can always look good.

Body

By keeping our body cool and dry we can always leave a good impression to anyone. However, when you are desperate for a shower and you are in a water free environment, there are a variety of soap products that do not require water. If you want to have a quick wash, you may try no rinse products that can utilize water based odor neutralizer.

Mind

Freshness may reflect in our minds apart from bad breath and body odor. You think that you want to stay fresh, clean and awake with reality. Well, it is about rest andrelaxation, you should get enough sleep if you can and that depends on you will.
If you can’t do this during your travel, you may deprive yourself to sleep the night before you travel. In this way, your body gets exhausted and it will let you to fall asleep no matter what.
