One of these would be the signals that you make with your hands. In some countries, doing a peace sign has the same meaning as raising your middle finger. Chewing gum may be a common act for many countries but in Singapore, chewing gum in a  public place is considered to be illegal. In 1992, Singapore banned chewing of gum in their country because of the bad effects that it once had in the appearance of their public places. Because of this, you should avoid bringing gum in the country, even by accident.

·         Committing some drinking mistakes.

There are many drinking etiquette that you should follow when drinking at a different country. There are also some drinking codes or lingo that you should know about. If you will be traveling to Germany or any country which is known for their beers, do not forget to do some research about their drinking etiquette first.
